Current reseller startup costs are $380* (2010 promotional rate, normal cost $490). Your startup cost includes:
- Setup and brand your website builder, control panel, reseller admin
- Setup and configure your DNS name servers
- Creation and testing of your packages on our system
- Provision of API modules for third party software (where available)
- Registration of domain name and setup of sub domains (e.g. my.domain.com, webmail.domain,com)
- Hosting for two domains on our system for your own website's
Monthly Costs
We will discuss your package requirements and create up to 5 individual packages for you on our system. Each packages monthly cost to you will be fixed based on the amount of resources each package could use on our system (e.g. hard drive space, email accounts etc). Please use our pricing calculator below for an indication of pricing (promotional rates currently apply however rates are fixed for 2 years).
At the end of each month we total the number of accounts you have with us on each package and multiply this by the rate per package and invoice you. You only pay for the accounts you have with us on the system at the end of each month - no monthly minimums, no pressure to sell a minimum number of clients). Additional Costs
You are responsible for meeting the cost of domain registrations and other elements including SSL certificates for your clients. We may also recommend that you license additional software such as WHMCS or Kayako etc. In such cases we will recommend that you shop around for the best deal - x2cms won't try to make a few extra pennies by selling you someone's else's software or something you don't need.
Please note that should your clients use resources outside their package (e.g. storing 500MB of drive space on a 250MB package) additional charges may be levied.
If required we can also provide custom web development and web design for your clients. We will provide a fixed price quote direct to you and you are free to then set your own pricing to your clients.
Custom integration of your current billing or management software is often charged at a reduced rate if no current module exists, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Payment methods
Initial setup fees must be paid by bank transfer or check. A valid credit card must be held on our system for processing of all ongoing monthly charges.
